Facebook 데이터 삭제 안내

1. 계정 삭제 방법

본 서비스는 Facebook 로그인을 통해 이메일 주소만을 수집하여 회원 계정을 생성·운영합니다. 소셜 로그인 계정과 서비스 회원 계정은 분리되어 운영되지 않으며, Facebook 로그인 이용 중단은 회원 탈퇴로 처리됩니다.

2. 데이터 삭제 방법

Facebook 로그인을 통해 가입한 회원은 아래 방법으로 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱 실행 후 로그인
2. 마이페이지 → 설정 → 서비스 탈퇴
3. 탈퇴 이유 선택 → 탈퇴 이유 작성 → ‘탈퇴’ 버튼 선택
4. 안내 확인 후 삭제 요청 완료
5. 회원 탈퇴 요청이 완료되면, Facebook 로그인을 통해 수집된 이메일 주소를 포함한 모든 회원 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 즉시 파기됩니다.

6. ※ Facebook 앱 또는 Facebook 계정에서 로그인을 해제하더라도, 서비스 내 회원 탈퇴를 진행하지 않을 경우 개인정보는 삭제되지 않습니다.

3. 삭제 처리 기간

• 삭제 요청 후 즉시 계정 및 관련 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• 법적·회계 목적상 보관이 필요한 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

4. 삭제되는 데이터 항목

• 계정 삭제 시 다음 정보가 삭제됩니다.
• 사용자 계정 정보 (이메일, 닉네임 등)
• 프로필 정보
• 서비스 이용 기록 및 채팅 데이터

5. 보관되는 정보

• 다음 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
• 결제 및 정산 기록
• 고객 문의 이력

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Delete Your Account

This service uses Facebook Login to collect only the user’s email address for account creation and management. Social login accounts and service accounts are not managed separately. Discontinuing Facebook Login is processed as account deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Open the app and log in
2. Go to My Page → Settings → Account Deletion
3. Select a reason for deletion → Provide details (optional) → Tap the “Delete Account” button
4. Review the information and complete the deletion request
5. Once the account deletion request is completed, all personal data collected through Facebook Login, including the email address, will be permanently deleted without delay, in accordance with applicable laws.

6. ※ Disconnecting Facebook Login from the Facebook platform alone does not delete the service account. Account deletion must be completed within the service.

2. Deletion Processing Period

• Once the deletion request is submitted, your account and related data will be deleted immediately.
• However, certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., legal or accounting purposes).

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

• Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
• Email address provided via Facebook Login
• Profile information
• Service usage history and chat records

4. Data That May Be Retained

• The following information may be retained for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws:
• Payment and settlement records
• Customer support and inquiry history
