1. 계정 삭제 방법
본 서비스는 이메일 로그인 또는 소셜 로그인(예: Google, Facebook 등)을 통해 회원 계정을 생성하고 운영합니다.
회원은 언제든지 서비스 내에서 회원 탈퇴 기능을 통해 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 해당 계정과 연결된 모든 서비스 이용 정보는 삭제 처리됩니다.
※ 소셜 로그인 계정에서 서비스 연동을 해제하더라도 서비스 내 회원 탈퇴를 진행하지 않을 경우 서비스에 저장된 개인정보는 삭제되지 않습니다.
2. 데이터 삭제 방법
회원은 아래 방법을 통해 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 실행 후 로그인
- 마이페이지 → 설정 → 서비스 탈퇴
- 탈퇴 이유 선택 → 탈퇴 이유 작성 → ‘탈퇴’ 버튼 선택
- 안내 확인 후 삭제 요청 완료
- 회원 탈퇴 요청이 완료되면, 로그인을 통해 수집된 이메일 주소를 포함한 모든 회원 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 즉시 파기됩니다.
※ 회원 탈퇴 요청이 완료되면 서비스에 저장된 회원 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 삭제 처리됩니다.
3. 삭제 처리 기간
- 삭제 요청 후 즉시 계정 및 관련 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
- 법적·회계 목적상 보관이 필요한 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 삭제되는 데이터 항목
- 계정 삭제 시 다음 정보가 삭제됩니다.
- 사용자 계정 정보 (이메일, 닉네임 등)
- 프로필 정보
- 서비스 이용 기록 및 채팅 데이터
5. 보관되는 정보
- 다음 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 결제 및 정산 기록

Account and Data Deletion Policy
1. How to Delete Your Account
This service allows users to create and manage accounts through email login or social login (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.).
Users may delete their account at any time through the account withdrawal (delete account) feature within the service.
When an account is deleted, all service-related information associated with that account will be removed.
※ Even if you disconnect the service from your social login account, your personal information stored in the service will not be deleted unless you complete the account deletion process within the service.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their personal data by following the steps below:
- Open the app and log in
- Go to My Page → Settings → Delete Account
- Select a reason for leaving
- Write the reason and tap the “Delete Account” button
- Confirm the notice to complete the deletion request
Once the account deletion request is completed, all member information collected through login, including the email address, will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
※ After the account deletion request is completed, all user information stored in the service will be processed for deletion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Deletion Processing Period
- Once the deletion request is submitted, your account and related data will be deleted immediately.
- However, certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., legal or accounting purposes).
4. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Email address provided via Facebook Login
- Profile information
- Service usage history and chat records
5. Data That May Be Retained
- The following information may be retained for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws:
- Payment and settlement records
- Customer support and inquiry history
